In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "p989" or "the Platform" refers to the online casino and sports betting service operated at p989.pro, including all associated web pages, mobile interfaces, and customer support channels.
• "User," "You," or "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the p989 platform in any capacity.

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain one account only. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, p989 will close the additional account(s) and may void all bets and forfeit all balances associated with the duplicate account.

You must not share your account credentials with any third party. p989 will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login information.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify p989 support immediately at [email protected] via the live chat function. p989 will temporarily suspend the account pending investigation upon receiving a credible unauthorised access report.

p989 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it has reasonable grounds to suspect:

• Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation during registration or KYC.
• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Use of the account in connection with money laundering or other financial crime.
• Collusion with other players or with staff of p989 or its partners.
• Any form of technical exploit or abuse of the platform's systems.

Upon closure of an account for cause, p989 may withhold the balance pending investigation and reserves the right to forfeit balances where fraudulent conduct is confirmed. Where an account is closed without cause at p989's discretion, any verified cash balance will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method.

All deposits and withdrawals on the p989 platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). p989 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank) may apply their own service charges independently.

Deposits: Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your p989 balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment network. Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take up to two business hours to reflect in your account balance. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent verified deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to ensure funds are returned to their verified source. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed full KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.

The following general rules apply to all sports and event betting activity on the p989 platform, including cricket, PSL, football, and UFC markets:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and the stake is deducted from your account balance. In the event of a technical failure prior to confirmation, the bet is void.
• Odds Changes: p989 reserves the right to change odds at any time before a bet is confirmed. If odds change between your selection and confirmation, you will be notified and given the option to accept the new odds or cancel the bet.
• Void Bets: p989 reserves the right to void bets where events are cancelled, postponed, or significantly altered in nature. Void bets result in the full return of the staked amount to your account balance.

• In-Play Betting: In-play bets on live cricket and PSL markets are subject to additional rules regarding data feed delays and event status. p989 uses certified data providers but cannot guarantee real-time accuracy in all circumstances.
